Job Info –

• Responsible for typing all the discharge summaries with accuracy and minimal response time.
• Coordinate with doctors, coordinators, and the nursing team to prepare the discharge summaries.
• Collect and maintain data (daily register, discharge time, planned discharges, patient history, diagnosis details, etc)
• Prepare the discharge summary of provisional discharges/ ICU shifting.
• Escalate issues to the respective Supervisors/Manager.
• Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time.
