Deliver a customer experience that is professional and timely.
Complete necessary data entry in bank systems to facilitate Account Maintenance activities.
Review Maintenance requests received to ensure their accuracy.
Process all information into the system in order to complete the request.
Action report-based activities within the agreed SLAs.
