Responsibilities:

  • Lead keymaps operations and maintenance teams to ensure Swiggy Maps are accurate and up-to-date

  • Facilitate the cross-functional teams in launching new projects

  • Enable collaboration between product, data science, engineering, analytics, CC, and city ops teams

  • Strong ability to make decisions on maps projects and provide insights to cross-functional teams

  • Own and take the lead on implementing and continually improving processes to help enhance efficiency and effectiveness (Quality and Productivity)

  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to build tools required for ops to accomplish the projects

  • Help resolve highest-priority time-sensitive issues

  • Define and own KPIs of maps operations and maintenance teams

  • Ability to pull data and perform ad hoc reporting & analysis and product insights to the product team

  • Escalate problems to relevant teams and follow up until resolution

  • Build or enhance KMS for any new/existing projects.
